Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Best Available Rate: Cancel at least 2 days prior to arrival to avoid penalties.
  • Late Cancellation: If canceled within 2 days of arrival, a 100% booking charge will apply.
  • Special Events & Rates: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid charges.
  • Non-Refundable Rates: Discounted rates marked as non-refundable are final and non-negotiable. No changes or cancellations are allowed.

Please note: Cancellation policies may vary by rate plan or promotional offer. Be sure to review the terms associated with your selected rate at the time of booking.


The hotel is 100% Non-smoking facility. And I understand and approve that any type of smoking or vaping inside the building or rooms will result in a $200 cleaning fee. 

_____ Pets are welcome in Pet-friendly rooms, with an additional $25 fee per pet per night. All pets must be disclosed. I understand and approve that any type of pet in a non-pet-friendly room will result in a $100 cleaning fee and may result in eviction from property / additional fines if staying on property in room with a pet that not a pet friendly room  Limit of 2 pets per room, max weight of 60 pounds each.

_____ There is no liability for injury or death of an individual entering these premises if such injury or death results from the inherent risk of contracting Covid-19. You and your guests are assuming this risk by entering these premises.
_____ I understand that there may be a $100 damage deposit held on my credit or debit card. Upon departure and room inspection, the deposit will be refunded. This may take up to 3-14 business days before funds are available.
